Storage and Preservation

Long term climate-controlled environments for optimal preservation of assets in a AA security level archival facility.

Inventory Management

Secure access to inventory management system to track and manage Client information assets, using barcode tracking and unique identifiers.

Initial Transfer-In

The initial intake of inventory, either picked up from Client sites, or delivered by the Client to our archival facility.

Retrieval

Requests for records to be temporarily retrieved from inventory, and to be returned to storage at a later date.

Refile

Requests for records to be returned to our archival facility to be refiled to their permanent location.

Permanent Removal

Permanently removing records from inventory at the end of lifecycle for final disposition.

Transportation

Secure and timely transportation services for delivery or pickup of records.
